Shuffleboard

The 8' long shuffleboard table is a centerpiece for fun and competition. Below are the games you can play and their rules:

Shuffleboard Rules

  • Players take turns sliding pucks down the table, aiming to land in scoring zones marked 1, 2, or 3, or the highest-scoring "hang" zone at the edge.
  • Score points based on where the puck lands, with only the furthest puck in each zone counting if multiple pucks are played.
  • Use the tally point scoring beads on the tabletop side to keep track of scores.
  • The game typically ends at 15 points, or agree on a different target score before starting.
  • Knocking an opponent's puck off the table is allowed, adding strategy to the game.

Bowling

Retrieve the bowling pins and ball from the storage bag under the table for a fun bowling game on the shuffleboard surface.

  • Set up the bowling pins at the far end of the table in a triangular formation (e.g., 3-2-1 for 6 pins).
  • Roll the ball from the opposite end, aiming to knock down as many pins as possible.
  • Score 1 point per pin knocked down per turn, with two rolls per turn (like traditional bowling).
  • Reset pins after each player's turn and tally scores using the beads or a separate scorecard.
  • The game ends after 10 rounds or an agreed number, with the highest score winning.

Beer Pong

The tabletop is sealed and waterproof, making it ideal for beer pong.

  • Set up cups in a triangular formation (e.g., 6 or 10 cups) at each end of the table, filled with water or another beverage.
  • Players take turns tossing a ping pong ball, aiming to land it in an opponent's cup.
  • If a ball lands in a cup, the opponent removes that cup and drinks (if playing with beverages).
  • The first team to eliminate all opponent cups wins.
  • After the game, wipe down the table. Remove the small drain plugs (one on each side) to clean the side troughs, placing a bucket or cup to capture water. Replace the plugs once cleaned.

Skeech Ball

Skeech Ball is a precision rolling game played on a flat tabletop with multiple scoring holes. It's fast-paced, strategic, and perfect for competitive fun.

  • Players take turns rolling 4 balls per round, staying behind the foul line.
  • Each ball may land in a hole worth 1, 3, or 5 points. Total score per round is the sum of all balls.
  • The goal is to reach exactly 21 points. If a player exceeds 21, their score resets to 15 and they continue rolling any remaining balls.
  • Rolling a “SKEECH” (one ball in each scoring hole: 1pt, 3pt, 5pt, plus any fourth ball) instantly wins the game with 21 points, even if the player would otherwise go over.
  • Once a player reaches 21 or rolls a SKEECH, the opponent gets one final turn to tie or win.
  • If tied, the game enters Sudden Death: each player rolls 4 balls, highest score wins. Repeat until a winner is declared.
  • Optional formats include rolling one, two, or all four balls at once—decide before starting and stick with it throughout the game.
